Tuna Boats 

This recipe is almost 100% raw. Unfortunately, I didn’t have cashews handy so I used Vegenaise instead. To make it 100% raw, replace the mayo with raw cashew mayo. I haven’t created a recipe for cashew mayo just yet, but I’m thinking soaked cashews, apple cider vinegar and sea salt? 

Here’s how I made my “tuna”- 
In a food processor, mix 
-1 cup sunflower seeds 
-juice of 1 lemon 

Then, in a bowl, add to your sunflower mixture- 
-1 apple, chopped
-1/2 onion, chopped 
-3 tbsp Vegenaise 
-2 tbsp dried cranberries 
-1 tbsp chia seeds 

Serve by itself, in a lettuce wrap or on sprouted grain bread. Enjoy!
